Auditable · Every Action Logged
Maritime transactions require proof — that ownership transferred correctly, that documents were accepted in sequence, that approvals happened when they were supposed to. Marintel logs every event in an append-only audit chain that no party can alter after the fact.
The challenge
When an arbitration panel asks who approved the Bill of Sale, when the survey report was received, or whether the bank was notified before the mortgage was discharged, the answer should not be 'let me check my email'. It should be a signed, timestamped record that both parties already agreed was accurate at the time.
"Every event signed. Every sequence verifiable. No one can rewrite history."
Marintel's audit chain is append-only and cryptographically sealed. Every document upload, party approval, phase transition, and closing event is recorded with a timestamp and a hash chained to the prior event. When your bank or auditor asks for evidence, you export a signed log — not a reconstruction from memory.
What you get
Every action in the data room — upload, approval, rejection, phase change, party invitation, comment — is written to an append-only log. Events cannot be deleted or modified after recording.
Every event carries a server-side timestamp that is chained to the prior event. The sequence of events is provable — not just who acted, but exactly when and in what order.
At closing, Marintel issues four signed artifacts: Closing Certificate, Ownership Snapshot, Audit Log Export, and Validation Reports. Each is signed with Marintel's private key and independently verifiable.
Your bank, auditor, or arbitrator can verify the authenticity of any signed artifact using Marintel's published public key — without logging in to the platform. Proof is portable.
Ownership transitions — Bill of Sale accepted, PODA signed, Builder's Certificate issued — are written to an ownership ledger that is sealed and chained to the closing event. The chain of title is reconstructable at any future date.
Generate a full export of the deal's event history at any time — during diligence, at closing, or years later. The export is cryptographically signed and cited to specific document events.
Every party in the data room sees activity in real time: who uploaded what, who approved which document, who is yet to act. No hidden actions. No disputed sequences.
